ViSalus Brownie Recipe – 1/4 cup unsweetened applesauce, 1/4 cup butter, 2 eggs, 2 tsp vanilla extract, 3/4 cup xylitol, 1/2 cup cocoa powder, 1/4 tsp salt, 1 tsp baking powder, 1/2 cup ViShape Shake Mix, Add nuts to preference.

Mix eggs, butter, vanilla and applesauce. Mix in dry ingredients. Oil a 9″ pan. Cook at 350 degrees for 20 min.

Genmai-cha Vi-Green Tea: 2 Scoops Visalus Shake Mix, 1 tbsp. Wholesome-Organic Raw Blue Agave, 1/2 c. YamamotoYama-Genmai-Cha Green Tea (2 bags), 5-6 Ice Cubes, 8 fl. oz. Almond Dream-Almond Milk

Directions: Steep 2 bags of genmai-cha tea bags in boiling water for 30 mins (or longer on your taste). Let cool, then add to other ingredients and blend.

Protein Pancakes: 2 Scoops Visalus Shake Mix, 1 Egg, 1/4 c. Cottage Cheese, 1/4 c. Old Fashion Oatmeal, 1 dash Maple Extract, Water

Directions: Blend Oatmeal to powder. Add all other ingredients besides water and blend. Add just enough water to make it a batter consistency. Spray a nonstick skillet with cooking spray Cook over medium to medium high heat Top with butter and enjoy Makes 4 pancakes.

Strawberry Muffin: 2 Scoops Visalus Shake Mix, 1 c. Whole Wheat Flour, 1/2 c. packed brown sugar, 1 tsp. baking powder, 1 c. ripe strawberry, coarsely chopped, 1 tbsp. fresh lemon juice, 1/4 c. olive oil, 1/3 c. low fat sour cream or greek yogurt, 1 egg, 1 tsp. vanilla, 2 Scoops Visalus Shake Mix, 1 c. whole wheat flour, 1/2 c. packed brown sugar, 1 tsp. baking powder, 1 c. coarsely chopped ripe strawberry, 1 tbsp. fresh lemon juice, 1/4 c. olive oil, 1/3 c. low fat sour cream or greek yogurt, 1 egg, 1 tsp. vanilla (optional)

Directions: Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Combine strawberries and lemon juice. Set aside. In another bowl, combine all the dry ingredients and mix well. Set aside. In a 3rd bowl, beat together the oil, sour cream or greek yogurt, egg and vanilla. Pour the oil mixture to the dry ingredients. Mix well. Fold in the strawberry mixture. Divide the mixture evenly onto the prepared muffin pan. Bake for 12-15 minutes. Place on wire rack and let stand for about 5 minutes. Allow muffins 5-10 minutes to cool.

Coconut Chip Frappuccino: 2 Scoops Visalus Shake Mix, 8 fl. oz. Almond or Coconut Milk, 4 drop Coconut Extract, 1/4 c. Dairy-free or Sugar-free chocolate Chips

Directions: Pour 8 or 10 oz. milk into your blender. Add one or two scoops of vi-shape shake mix. Drop a cap-full of coconut extract and 1/4 cup sugar-free chocolate chips. Blend with 4-5 cubes of ice.

Greek Protein Vi-pancake: 1/4 c. Steel Cut Oats, 1 Egg, 1/4 c. (or 2 oz) Greek Yogurt, 2 Scoops Visalus Shake Mix, Qty water

Directions: Blend oats until finely powdered. Mix all ingredients except water with oats, add a dash of water to slightly un-thicken batter. Cook on non-stick skillet at 250-300 degrees. Makes 4 pancakes. Top with peanut butter for added protein and flavor

Oatmeal Vi-shake: 2 Scoops Visalus Shake Mix, 10 fl. oz. Milk, 1-2 packets Flavored Sugar-Free Oatmeal

Directions: Warm 8-12 ounces of milk in the microwave (approx. 1 1/2-2 minutes) and pour into your blender. Add two scoops of the V-Shape shake mix and 1-2 packets of flavored sugar-free instant oatmeal (Apple-Cinnamon or Maple-Brown Sugar), blend for 30 seconds. Add a dash of cinnamon or a drop of vanilla extract for additional flavor.

Lime Custard Pie: 2 Scoops Visalus Shake Mix, 2 Visalus Shake Mix, 2 pkg No Sugar Added Lime JELLO mix, 1 pkg Light Vanilla Instant Pudding mix, 1 c. boiling water, 1.5 c. skim milk, 1 Keebler Ready Crust, 1 c. Cool Whip Light Whipped Topping, 2 tbsp. lemon juice

Directions: Dissolve Jello mix in boiling water, set aside Blend milk with 4 scoops shake mix and the pudding mix. Blend well. Combine hot Jello mixture, pudding mixture and lemon juice. Stir gently until color is consistent. Fill pie crust with lime filling. Pour remaining cup into a custard dish. Put pie and custard dish in fridge to set. Before serving, add cool whip.

Banana Nut Chocohips Oatmeal Cookies: 2 Scoops Visalus Shake Mix, 1 c. whole wheat flour, 1 tsp. baking soda, 1 tsp. baking powder, 1/2 tsp. salt, 1 tsp. cinnamon, 2 c. quick cooking oats, 1/4 c. unsalted butter, 1 c. packed brown sugar, 1 jumbo egg, 1/2 c. mashed ripe banana, 1/2 tsp. vanilla, 3/4 c. chopped walnuts, 1/2 c. dark chocolate chips

Whole Wheat Banana Nut Protein Muffins: 20 walnuts, 1 tsp. vanilla liquid, 1 tsp. baking powder, 1 tsp. baking soda, 2 Eggs or Egg whites, 2 c. whole wheat flour, 3/4 c. splenda, 5 Bananas , 2 Scoops Visalus Shake Mix, 3/4 c. olive oil

Directions: Smash bananas in a bowl and add Splenda. Mix well. Add flour, baking powder, baking soda, 2 scoops of protein, eggs and the oil. Mix well and add the nuts. Apply non-stick cooking spray and add flour. Spread well in the pan and remove the excess. Bake about hour at 180 degrees.

Vanilla Cranberry Almond Vi-Energy Bites: 2 Scoops Visalus Shake Mix, 8 tbsp. maranatha organic raw creamy almond butter, 1/4 c. smart bran w/ psyllium & oat bran, 1/3 c. dried cranberries, 1/4 c. sliced almonds, 2 tbsp. bob’s redmill ground flax seed, 1 tsp. vanilla extract, 1/2 c. wholesome sweeteners blue agave syrup

Directions: Pre-cut wax paper squares approximately 3″x3″ size. Combine all ingredients listed above very well. Divide into pieces roughly 1.5″x .5″ in size. Wrap individual bites in wax paper and store in refrigerator.

Protein Vi-bars: 2 Scoops Visalus Shake Mix, 1 c. Visalus Shake Mix, 2 c. Large Rolled Oats, 1/2 c. Shaved Almonds (blanched), 1/2 c. Unsweetened Coconut Flakes, 1 c. Dried Cranberries, 1 tsp. Ground Cinnamon, 1 Chocolate Flavored Health Pack, 1 Unsweetened Chocolate Baking Square, 1/2 c. Unsweetened Almond or Rice Milk, 1/2 c. Unsweetened Apple Sauce, 1/2 tsp. Pure Vanilla Extract, 1/2 c. Natural Smooth Almond or Peanut Butter

Directions: Mix all dry ingredients together in one bowl and then mix all wet ingredients together in a separate bowl. Microwave wet ingredients on high for 60 seconds mix well and stir until completely smooth. Fold in the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and gently mix until completely blended. Cover a shallow baking pan (9in X 12in) with parchment or wax paper and press the mixture in until even throughout. Place in refrigerator for 60 minutes. Lift out onto a cutting board and cut up into about 24 granola size bars.

Blueberry Pancakes: 2 Scoops Visalus Shake Mix, 8oz almond milk 1 scoop pancake mix, 1 little cup blueberry yogart, 1 tsp. melted margarine, sugar free maple syrup

Vi-Hawaiian Lava: 2 Scoops Visalus Shake Mix, 4 Strawberries, 1/2 tbsp. Honey OR 3/4 Tablespoon Agave nectar, 1/2 Avocado, 1/4 c. Pineapple juice, 1 tbsp. Pure Coconut Milk, 1/2 tbsp. Honey OR 3/4 Tablespoon Agave nectar, 1/2 c. Coconut milk

Directions: Blend strawberries with the first unit of honey/agave nectar until pureed. Rinse out blender container. Blend avocado, pineapple juice, pure thick coconut milk, Vi Shape mix, Coconut Milk, and second unit of honey/agave nectar until smooth. Spoon or carefully pour on top of pureed strawberries.

Iced Almond Joy Coffee Shake: 2 Scoops Visalus Shake Mix, 8 fl.oz. Any flavor/type of brewed coffee, 2 tbsp. Almond Joy coffee creamer by International Delight

Directions: Brew your coffee, as normal. Add 2 tablespoons, or to taste, of International Delight Almond Joy creamer. Add Visalus mix and blend with ice for a frozen delight, or blend and add ice after for more of an iced coffee

Vi Oatmeal Waffle: 2 Scoops Visalus Shake Mix, 1 c. Water, 1/2 c. Uncooked Oatmeal,

2 egg whites, 1 pinch Cinnamon, 1/4 c. Frozen Fruit

Directions: Mix all together in a cup. Cook in waffle iron. Add sugar fee syrup if desired on finished oatmeal.

    Hi Lana, seems I am the only one that has thought of freezing the silk milk into cubes in the ice tray and using that instead of ice. A lot less watery and much richer. even chocolate silk milk frozen in trays is great in the chocolate shakes.

  2. i started today! and i’m very ecitxed. have you tried the flavor packs? they taste exactly like they smell, and they smell exactly like fruit. the one i made this morning was i put 8oz of almond milk,5 ice cubes, 5 frozen strawberries and 1 pack of the chocolate flavor pack and i was in heaven! it was like eating chocolate covered strawberries.good luck!
